Dear Friends of The Orme School,

We are inviting you to support The Orme School Students with your reallocated tax dollars at no-net-cost to you or your business. Your tax credit contribution will have a huge impact on families' ability to send their children to a school that best meets each child's unique needs. continuing the tradition that started in 1929 when Charles and Minna Orme established a one-room school in a ranch house to educate their children and ranch employees. Your net cost is zero, but the impact on our students is priceless—a true win-win! When you contribute to STO4KIDZ, every dollar comes back to you as a tax credit, directly reducing your Arizona tax. Your support provides tuition scholarships to students in need, without affecting your bottom line or other charitable efforts. Thank you for considering this opportunity!

 

1) PERSONAL TAX CREDIT:

To redirect your personal taxes, select here to contribute, and recommend "The Orme School". (Instructions here.)

STO4KIDZ will send you a tax receipt. While it's not a donation, it's taxes we all have to pay. If you contribute by April 15 (or the IRS-designated date), you can still claim the tax credit, even if you file for an extension. (ARS 43-1089) & (ARS 43-1089.03)

 

2) CORPORATE TAX CREDIT:

Through Arizona's Corporate Tax Credit Program, eligible businesses can direct up to 100% of their Arizona tax liability to STO4KIDZ and receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit—at no out-of-pocket cost. Even companies outside Arizona can participate if they have an Arizona tax liability. (A.R.S. 43-1183 & A.R.S. 43-1184)

 

BUSINESSES THAT CAN PARTICIPATE ARE:

  • C-Corporations
  • S-Corporations and LLC's that pay taxes as S-Corporation
  • Insurance companies that pay premium taxes in Arizona
  • Even companies outside Arizona can participate if they have an Arizona tax liability.
