The Corporate Contributor acknowledges that STO4KIDZ will submit a Tax Credit Application on behalf of your company to the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) for the committed contribution amount. STO4KIDZ will notify you the same day ADOR inform us of the approval. Corporation has 20 calendar days to fund STO4KIDZ in order to keep the tax credit. The approved amount may be less than the original pledge if the state Corporate Tax Credit limit has been reached.

STO4KIDZ CORPORATE TAX CREDIT - SPECIFIED SCHOLARSHIP AWARD POLICY:
The Corporate Contributor acknowledges that any specified funds received above the amount needed for the current year STO4KIDZ-qualified scholarship students will be pro-rated and reserved for qualified students at the specified school(s) for up to three additional years, or until the funds are depleted, whichever comes first. If a specified school lacks eligible students for tuition assistance under A.R.S. §§ 43-1183 & 43-1184, the unused funds will first be redirected to support tuition for students at any other specified schools. If no other schools are specified or lack eligible students, the unused funds will be allocated to the STO4KIDZ "General Scholarship Fund" to support schools with students who have the most urgent needs.
