About Us

STO4KIDZ is a non-profit, 501c3 charitable, school tuition organization that provides financial aid and scholarship to qualified K-12 Arizona private school students. We work with individuals and corporations alike to allocate their Arizona income tax liabilities, resulting in a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for participants.

This is not a deduction, but a full tax credit offset on the state taxes you already owe. (Participants may also be eligible to claim their contribution as an additional deduction against their federal taxable income. Please consult your tax advisor.)

STO4KIDZ in turn awards a minimum of 90% of every dollar in monthly tuition financial aid and scholarship awards to Arizona students. We also offer guidance for scholarship applicants through the process of successfully utilizing the Arizona Tax Credit program to offset tuition costs.

Meet Miriam Antolik, our founder

Inspired by her own experience with community support during times of hardship and tragedy, Miriam has always had a passion for helping others. She is driven to use her natural ability to engage and connect with people to influence positive impact in local communities.

Over the last 30 years, she has contributed to, and volunteered with various community outreaches, planned and facilitated multiple successful fundraisers, and has been a source of encouragement and resource to those in need.

Today, she elevates her mission of helping others through STO4KIDZ. By informing individuals and corporations of the opportunity to redirect their state tax liabilities, Miriam enables Arizona families the ability to give their children access to the educational environment that best meets their individual needs.

School Tuition Organization 4 Kidz (STO4KIDZ) was founded in 2018, and has successfully provided financial-aid to thousands of private school students in Arizona.

Please note: Forms/documentation that may be required for your student application includes: Public School Attendance Verification, Prior Corporate/Switcher Award Verification from other STOs, copy of the military order or an IEP/MET, Displaced (foster child) Student Verification and release form. You would need to have the form filled out and ready to upload during the application process and complete the entire form for your student to be eligible for scholarship awards. **Applications submitted without Verification of Income AND applicable supporting documents will NOT be considered for scholarship awards. STO4KIDZ MUST verify your student's tuition balance with your private school. Submitting your application is your acknowledgement. You MUST contact your student's school and give permission to release tuition balance information to STO4KIDZ. - Transferring from a Public School (Student attended an Arizona public school as a full-time student for at least 90 days of the prior fiscal year or one full semester and then transferred to private school.)Must submit public school attendance verification form
- Student with Disability -Must submit a copy of an Arizona public school IEP, MET or ISP and Information release form (Preschool students must have MET or IEP from and Arizona public school, a 504 plan does not meet the requirement.)
- Displaced Student -Child was placed at one time in the Arizona foster care system (for grades K-12 only) and will be verified with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES)Must provide Information release form
- US Armed Forces Dependent (Must provide copy of military order showing Arizona duty station)
- Received a Low-Income Corporate scholarship under one of the above criteria in a prior year and the student continued to attend a private school in subsequent years. (Must submit previous award verification form)
- Received an Original Individual scholarship, or a Switcher Individual scholarship in a prior year and the child continued to attend a private school in subsequent years. (Must submit previous award verification form)
MUST upload Income Verification such as: such a copy of your W2, or 2 consecutive pay-stubs, or bank statements, or approved DES, or USDA free/reduced meal, rental or pension income.
