STO4KIDZ's mission is to enable Arizona families to enroll their children at their school of choice which best meets each child's need through the Arizona Tuition Tax credit program at NO OUT OF POCKET cost to Individuals and Corporations who would like to allocate their income tax liabilities back into their communities to provide educational opportunities to all K-12 private school students in Arizona.

We humbly and with a grateful heart would like to share that since April of 2018 when STO4KIDZ was launched, with the generosity of our donors, the support of our dedicated advisory board, award committee members, and staff, we have awarded over $3 million dollars in tuition financial aids to 2,860 K-12 students who attend diverse Arizona private schools, and have facilitated the launch of 3 new private schools.

All has happened because of your support! You have enabled us to continue our mission of helping families with schools of choice for their children with your tax credit contributions. Together we empower future leaders who will positively impact their communities!

* In 2022 we launched a scholarship campaign to fully fund all our Foster Student applicants in every private school. We have been supporting our Foster Student applicants with tuition scholarships since the 2018-19 school year, but we need your financial support.

* Since the Spring of 2020, beginning with the Pandemic we partnered with H-10 Ministries, Pure Heart Church Food Pantry, and Midwest Food-bank, we arranged for the pick-up and delivery of food and other necessities to several partner schools and many of our scholarship applicants' families, who Covid impacted. NOTE: If you or someone you know is in need of help, contact us.)

* Since August 2020 we have partnered with Legacy Connection, to provide backpacks to our STO applicant with verified financial needs in few of our partner schools. (Complements of Legacy Connection) NOTE: If your school wants to participate, please contact us.

* Starting in August of 2018, we began our partnership with Sylvan Learning Centers in Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Glendale. Every quart, we do a raffle for 2 drawings for two weeks of FREE Tutoring to students whose parents participate in our STO educational sessions to learn about the AZ tax credits so they can fund their children’s private education. (Complements of Sylvan Learning Center)

Please note: Forms/documentation that may be required for your student application includes: Public School Attendance Verification, Prior Corporate/Switcher Award Verification from other STOs, copy of the military order or an IEP/MET, Displaced (foster child) Student Verification and release form. You would need to have the form filled out and ready to upload during the application process and complete the entire form for your student to be eligible for scholarship awards. **Applications submitted without Verification of Income AND applicable supporting documents will NOT be considered for scholarship awards. STO4KIDZ MUST verify your student's tuition balance with your private school. Submitting your application is your acknowledgement. You MUST contact your student's school and give permission to release tuition balance information to STO4KIDZ. - Student with Disability -Must submit a copy of an Arizona public school IEP, MET or ISP and Information release form (Preschool students must have MET or IEP from and Arizona public school, a 504 plan does not meet the requirement.)
- Displaced Student -Child was placed at one time in the Arizona foster care system (for grades K-12 only) and will be verified with the Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES)Must provide Information release form
- US Armed Forces Dependent (Must provide copy of military order showing Arizona duty station)
- Received a Low-Income Corporate scholarship under one of the above criteria in a prior year and the student continued to attend a private school in subsequent years. (Must submit previous award verification form)
- Received an Original Individual scholarship, or a Switcher Individual scholarship in a prior year and the child continued to attend a private school in subsequent years. (Must submit previous award verification form)
MUST upload Income Verification such as: such a copy of your W2, or 2 consecutive pay-stubs, or bank statements, or approved DES, or USDA free/reduced meal, rental or pension income.
