Dear School Administration:

The mission of STO4KIDZ is to enable Arizona families to enroll their children at the school of their choice which best meets the needs of each individual child through the Arizona Tuition Tax Credit program at no out-of-pocket cost to taxpayers. We guide scholarship applicants through the process of successfully utilizing the tax credit program to offset tuition costs and work with individuals and corporations to allocate their income tax liabilities while receiving a dollar-for-dollar credit.

Why partner with STO4KIDZ?

  • Access to additional funding: funds donated to STO4KIDZ with no recommendation are dispersed to applicants of our Partner Schools. This impacts your school's extra funding.
  • Monthly original and switcher awards: awards are disbursed the last week of each month, August through April of each school year.
  • Semi-annual corporate awards: corporate scholarships are awarded at the beginning of each semester.
  • Tax credit workshops: we hold weekly interactive workshops for your school families to successfully utilize tax credit donations for their students and our many resources available to your school and your families. Monthly tutoring giveaways valued at $900-$1300.
  • School support: we support your school's fundraising outside tax credit scholarship events, through event sponsorships and providing auction donation items.

  • Acknowledgement and Agreement with the Private School Requirement

  • I acknowledge that my school is a qualified private school in compliance with (A.R.S Section 43-1089) requirements listed below.
  • We are a qualified private school in the State of Arizona. A nongovernmental primary or secondary school that does not discriminate on the basis of color, race, disability, familial status, or national origin.
  • We charge tuition for all students, notwithstanding any types of scholarships or discounts we may offer. Scholarships can not be used for any portion of tuition that is non-refundable.
  • We have regular classroom instruction that meets the state requirements for days per year.
  • We require all teaching staff/personnel that have unsupervised contact with students to be fingerprinted.
  • We do not receive direct funding as a public or a charter school, including, but not limited to third-party correspondence programs which provide grades, classes, credits, promotions, and more. (Dual-enrollment classes through these sorts of programs for college credit[s] are acceptable.)
  • Private School Information

  • Annual tuition (excluding registration, extracurricular, books, and other fees):
  • NOTE: Each time a student receives an award, STO4KIDZ will email your school accounting office for verification of enrollment and the actual tuition balance prior to releasing the fund. We understand schools may offer tuition discounts/scholarships to students; it is important for you to report the actual tuition fee after all discounts and scholarships have been applied. This will eliminate your school having to refund STO award monies that are not used on tuition or eligible expenses. STO4KIDZ maintains the right to refuse awarding scholarships without knowing the exact balance owed.
  • School Contact Information

  • Signature:

If a student leaves the school, the unused funds MUST be returned to STO4KIDZ; the funds will follow the student to the new private school or STO4KIDZ will award to other students who attend this school.
