Scholarship for Ava!

Dear Friends and Family,

We hope that this letter finds you well, and that your 2020 is off to an amazing start!  It certainly has been an exciting time for our family!  As you may have heard, Ava was just accepted into Xavier College Prep, and we are so proud and excited.  It has been very rewarding to watch Ava’s enthusiasm grow over the last few months.  She is already deciding what classes she will take, which sports she will participate in, and definitely looking forward to developing new friendships.  As parents who believe in higher education, we are so thankful for the teachers and programs at Xavier that reinforce the values that we have been teaching at home since day one.  The strong educational foundation that Xavier provides is top of the line, we are super excited for Ava’s future, and plan to support her every step of the way, as much as we possibly can.

Along this line, there is an opportunity for our friends and family to come along and support Ava’s education at no-out-of-pocket cost, through the Tuition Tax Credit program. The state of Arizona has implemented this unique program. As an Arizona taxpayer, you can re-direct your state income taxes to benefit a specific student by making a tax credit contribution to a school tuition organization, like STO4KIDZ.ORG, a 501c(3) charitable organization that in-turn awards a minimum ninety percent of every contribution in form of scholarships on monthly basis.

The Arizona 2020 Tax Credit Maximums is $2,365 if married filing jointly/ & $1,183 if filing single, or your actual tax liability, whichever is less.   The best part is that you decide where some of your tax dollars go while helping with Ava’s tuition! We are re-directing our taxes to help another student since the law prohibits us to direct to our own child.  So, we would love to invite you to take the credit for Ava by simply re-directing your AZ state income taxes!

You can contribute online here through April 15, 2021, or print and fill out the form here and mail it in with a check. STO4KIDZ will email you a receipt for your taxes.
