Max & Sadie Kapteyn!

Kapteyn1

Dear Friends,

Max is having a great first year at Brophy College Preparatory.  He has been working hard in the honors program and is continuing to play soccer for his club team and recently started his first season on the Brophy JV soccer team.  He is looking forward to getting a job this summer and taking driver training classes.

Sadie is enjoying her first year at St. Francis Xavier as a 6th grader.  She is doing great in school, meeting new friends, and has been busy participating in several sports.  In addition to soccer and softball, Sadie has also started jiu-jitsu!  Additionally, both of the kids have pursued their interest in learning more about the Catholic faith.  They have committed to participating in catechism classes and will both receive their sacraments this spring. We are so grateful that our kids are able to be part of such amazing school communities.

As you may already know, Arizona gives taxpayers the choice of how our taxes are used. We have been redirecting our taxes to help other kids since the state won't allow parents to recommend their own children and we would greatly appreciate your consideration in supporting Max and Sadie in their academic goals by recommending them for a tax credit scholarship.

You can allocate state income tax dollars to create scholarships for kids like ours in private schools at no cost to you. This is not a donation, but it's income taxes that we all have to pay anyhow. Feel free to watch the video at the bottom of the page which explains how this works.

You get 100% of it back as a credit; your Arizona tax liability is reduced dollar-for-dollar when you contribute to a school tuition organization like STO4KIDZ. This will have a huge impact on our ability to send our child to a great school! Would you consider redirecting your taxes to our school?

The net cost to you is ZERO, but the benefit to our children is PRICELESS! Everyone really does win! You can contribute online (through April 15) here. STO4KIDZ will email you a receipt for your taxes.

If you have any questions, please call either of us. Or you can speak directly with the very helpful staff at STO4KIDZ (602-698-8855).

In gratitude,

The Kapteyn Family (520.370.4905)
