- STO4KIDZ will provide you with a receipt.
- Check with your employer to see if your contribution qualifies for matching.
- Once confirmed, contact your HR department for the company policy, procedure, and matching gift form.

What Happens Next!
Each company has its own process for matching gifts, but here’s a basic outline:
- Fill out your employer’s matching gift request form.
- Submit the completed form according to your employer’s guidelines.
- After approval, your employer will either confirm your donation with STO4KIDZ or ask for a copy of your donation receipt.
- Once confirmed, the matching funds will be sent to STO4KIDZ. Many companies allow you to recommend a specific child or school for your donation. This multiplies the impact of your giving.
- Some companies even match contributions made by retirees and spouses.
